HB 718 (LeMunyon)
Commonwealth Transportation Board; project proposals to regional organizations. Requires the CTB to annually submit projects that from a statewide perspective improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the transportation system and just solicit localities for input. Currently, as regulated, the CTB may submit only up to 2 projects and otherwise all projects are submitted by localities.
